The affidavit has been filed by the Station House Officer, Narasaraopet Rural Police Station. It has been submitted that there was no illegal detention. The detenu was arrested on 05.07.2026 and the arrest intimation was informed to the petitioner and also issued notices under Section 47 & 48 of BNSS. It has been submitted further that on 06.07.2026, the detenu was produced within 24 hours before the I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Narasaraopet and has been granted bail.

submits that there was no illegal detention and detenu has also been released on bail.
