Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of 3rd respondent in issuing Look-out Circular(LOC) against the petitioner at the instance of 6th respondent in connection with the cases in Crime Nos.277 of 2021 and Cr.No.16 of 2022 on the file of the 7th respondent which were registered for the alleged offences punishable under 498-A, 494, r/w 34 IPC, Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and under Section 420, 465 r/w 34 IPC respectively and to declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and also in violation of the personal liberty guaranteed under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to travel abroad by lifting or deleting the Look-Out Circular issued against the petitioner and to pass
