No.24056 of 2021 and continuing Rowdy Sheet No. 513 against the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith implement the order of this Honble Court by closing Rowdy Sheet No. 513 and removing the petitioners name, photograph and ail related entries from the rowdy sheet records and surveillance registers and further direct the 2nd respondent to initiate necessary departmental action against the erred officer for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Honble Court and pass

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the present writ petition was listed on 06.07.2026. On that day, this Court adjourned the matter to enable the learned Government Pleader for Home to submit the relevant documents.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home furnished the written instructions dated 22.06.2026, received from the Station House Officer, Razole Police Station, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, along with the orders dated 10.04.2026. From which, it is evident that Rowdy Sheet No. 513, opened against the petitioner, has been closed. The said instructions are taken on record and made as part of the Court record.
