The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents particularly one in particularly respondent nos 4 and 5 to not the call the petitioners frequently to the police station without there being any complaint or cause against the petitioners and thereby without necessity of the petitioners presences and thereby forcing the petitioners to enter into a compromise in an unrelated case being illegal arbitrary violative to cardinal principles of natural justice and article 19 and 21 of Indian Constitution and consequently direct the as respondents not to frequently call the petitioners to the respondent no 4 police station…”

submits that police have been unnecessarily calling the Petitioners to the police station.

Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions,

submits that a complaint has been lodged by private person against the Petitioners and the same was registered as a case in Cr.No.417 of 2025 on 19.12.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 324(4), 351(2) read with 3(5) of ‘the BNS’.
