Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the Respondents No. 3 and 4 in allotting essential commodities to petitioner Fair Price shop without issuing any show notice or following due process of law while the authorization granted i petitioner favor in still in force for the Fair Price Shop No. 1041001, Bodireddygaripalle, Muthukavaripalle Village, Pulicherla Mandal, Chittoor District as arbitrary, illegal, violative of principles of natural justice, contrary to the objectives of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh State Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Orders, 2018 and contrary to the well- established legal principles apart from being violative of the fundamental and Constitutional rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to allot the Essential Commodities to petitioner Fair Price Shop No. 1041001, Bodireddygaripalle, Muthukavaripalle Village, Pulicherla Mandal District by permitting petitioner to distribute the same and pass
