When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri R. Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, representing respondent Nos. 1 to 3, placed on record the written instructions and submitted that the present writ petition was filed by the writ petitioners, aggrieved by the action of the 3^rd respondent in not taking criminal action against respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in terms of the report of the Tahsildar dated 27.06.2011. He further submitted that, pending the writ petition, the police have registered a case in Crime No. 168 of 2025 under Sections 318(4), 335, 336(3), 337, 339, and 340(2) read with 3(5) of the BNS on the file of Vedayapalem Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, on 27.03.2025, and that the investigation is in progress. Hence, no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same may be closed.

Learned counsel for the writ petitioners, appearing virtually, submitted that in light of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same may be closed by recording the said submissions.

Considering the submissions that the police have registered the FIR and are investigating the case, and that no further orders are required in the writ petition, the Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission without going into the merits of the case. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
