provisions of ANDHRA PRADESH CHARITABLE AND HINDU RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS AND ENDOWMENTS ACT, 1987 for evicting illegal encroachers from Sri Anjaneya Swamy Devasthanam Agriculture Lands in Survey No.4 admeasuring an extent of Ac 23.9760 Cents situated at Nadikairavadi Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnool District, further their inaction in inducting tenant farmers in to Sri Anjaneya Swamy Devasthanam Agriculture Lands in Survey No.4 admeasuring an extent of Ac 23.9760 Cents situated at Nadikairavadi Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnool. District by conducting public auction as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents 3 to 5 to evict illegal encroachers from Sri Anjaneya Swamy Devasthanam S Agriculture Lands in Survey No.4 admeasuring an extent of Ac 23.9760 Cents situated at Nadikairavadi Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnool District, further direct the Respondents 3 to 5 to induct tenant farmers in to Sri Anjaneya Swamy Devasthanam Agriculture Lands in Survey No.4 admeasuring an extent of Ac 23.9760 Cents situated at Nadikairavadi Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnool District by conducting public auction.

ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent authorities to protect the temple lands to an extent of Ac.23.9760 cents situated at Nadikairavadi Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnool District, and further to direct the respondents to grant lease to the farmers. To that extent, a representation is made to the respondents. The 4^th respondent has disposed of the representation dated 25.06.2026 indicating that the lands in an extent of Ac.23.89 cents in Sy.No.4 belongs to Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple and the temple will take appropriate action for recovery of the possession. The 4^th respondent is intended to protect the lands of the temple.

Therefore, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4^th respondent to take appropriate action for protection of the temple lands. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
