Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent No.2 in declaring petitioner as the founder trustee of Sree BhogaNanjundeswara Swamy Temple, Punganurin compliance of the Lok Adalath Award, dated 23-04-2005 made in O.S.No.6 of 2001 on the file of the Court of the Additional District Judge, Madanapalli and instead taking steps to demolish the existing shopping complex and change the physical structure of the temple without the founder trustees consent as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power, contrary to the well established legal principles, voilative of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 apart from being violative of Fundamental and Constitutional Rights guaranteed to the under Article 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India r I petitioner consequently, direct Respondents No.2 to 5 to declareme as founder trusteend pass
