Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred Revision Petition No.16 of 2016 before the 2^nd respondent and the same is pending since more than nine (09) years and requests this Court to direct the 2^nd respondent to dispose of the same.

This Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the 2^nd respondent to pass orders on the Revision Petition No.16 of 2016 within two (02) months from the date of receipt of the order after giving an opportunity to all the parties.
