The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief.

216 between Thimmapuram to Yanam Road via Madhapuram to Yanam Road via Madhapatnam, Ganganapalli inside village, Kovvuru Medaline, Turinga, Nadakduru to Timmapuram to Yanam Road via Kovvuru Bhavaram, Koripella, Penikuduru, Chollingipeta, which falls in the outer ring road instead of the project being constructed inside all the villages, which are to be effected by this project in the interest of justice.”

On earlier occasions, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, the matter was being adjourned from time to time. Whereas, on 23.02.2026, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. In view of the said reason, the matter was directed to be listed on 02.03.2026 under the caption „For Orders‟. Again, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 02.03.2026, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption „For Dismissal‟. Though the matter is listed today under the caption „For Dismissal‟, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
