Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

This Writ Petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents more particularly the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in orally insisting the petitioner to vacate from her house site property to an extent of 72 Sq. Yards covered by Sy.No.68/4 D2 & 4E situated at Thotagudem Revenue Village of Pedapadu Mandal in Eluru District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4^th respondent has issued house site patta bearing No.WGD01227375 to the petitioner for the Aadhaar No.361413013257, with respect to the plot No.51 in R.S.No.68D/4D2 and 4E situated at Thotagudem Revenue Village and Mandal, Eluru District, as per the Residential Layout Order No.052215LA111684.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4^th respondent dated 05.01.2026 submits that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 neither issued any notice in writing or orally, nor passed any orders against the petitioner to vacate from the property/ subject land in an extent of 72 Sq. Yards in R.S.No.68/4D2 and 4E, situated at Thotagudem Village, Pedapadu Mandal. If so warranted for any public purposes, the respondent-authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land. The said written instructions shall be made as part of the Court record.

In view of the above said submissions and the written instructions of the 4^th respondent dated 05.01.2026, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
