Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no. 2 in diverting and closing the petitioners PGRS Complaint No. KRI202602091336 by routing the same to the very police station against whom the grievance was raised, and its closure by a subordinate officer therein, as arbitrary, illegal, violative of principles of natural justice and Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently set aside the said closure, and further direct the 2nd respondent to re-open and independently consider the petitioners grievance at an appropriate supervisory level unconnected with the officers against whom allegations are made, by examining all relevant records including the endorsement dated 11.11.2024, and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a time frame to be stipulated by this Honble Court, and pass
