Gottipati, learned Counsel for the Petitioners on record while placing the Proceedings Lr.Rc.No.804/B1/APSS/2022, dated 11.08.2026, submitted that the grievance of the Petitioners are addressed and they were absorbed/continued as regular Senior Assistants vide Proceedings, dated 03.04.2025 & 07.11.2025, respectively, duly withdrawing the earlier speaking orders, which was impugned in the Writ Petition, as such no cause survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition and that the same has become infructuous.
