Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.5 in refusing to entertain the sale deeds for registration for the land in an extent of Ac. 0.38 cents out of Ac. 2.12 cents in Sy.No. 1124/1 of Rangasamudram Revenue Village Fields, Porumamilla Mandal, YSR District referring to the

No. E1/2258/2013 dt. 06-07-2013 issued by the respondent No.2, through which he has called for information relating to the immovable properties of one Jalli Penchaiah and his family members and to freeze the sale transactions relating the properties owned by them, in connection with the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him and which are no way concerned with the land belong to the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power and contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act 1908 and voilative of the fundamental and constitutional rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14,19,21 and 300-A of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondentsNo.5 to entertain the sale deeds for registration for the land in an extent of Ac. 0.38 cents out of Ac. 2.12 cents in Sy.No. 1124/1 of Rangasamudram Revenue Village Fields, Porumamilla Mandal, YSR District Without referring to the proceedings in Ref.No. E1/2258/2013 dated 06-07-2013 issued by the respondent No.2
