This Writ Petition is filed challenging the award in I.D. No.24 of 2016, dated 30.06.2022, passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Court, Ananthapuramu, whereby the I.D. was allowed in part, the proceedings dated 04.05.2015 as well as the orders of the appellate authority were set aside, and directions were issued to treat the petitioner/1^st respondent as continued in service till superannuation and to grant all retirement benefits.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner initially submits that this Court granted an interim direction on 05.05.2023, which was subsequently extended by orders dated 21.06.2023.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1^st respondent has filed a vacate stay application and submits that the 1^st respondent is willing to accept all retirement benefits without continuation of service.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/corporation has no objection to pay the retirement benefits without treating the 1^st respondent as continued in service.
