The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

<…to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus , declaring the inaction on the part of the 4th respondent in not considering the petitioner’s online Mee-Seva applications submitted in Form6A dated 21.06.2024 and 16.05.2025 for grant of Pattadar Passbook-cumTitle Deed and for mutation of his name in the online Web Land revenue records in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents out of Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.49 and Ac.0.03 cents in Sy.No.14/1E1A, situated at Palasamudram Village, Gorantla Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounting to non-discharge of statutory duties under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules framed thereunder, and as violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently to direct the 4th respondent to grant Pattadar Passbook-cum-Title Deed and mutate the petitioner’s name in all online Web Land revenue records relating to the said lands and pass appropriate orders…=

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite submitting applications dated 21.06.2024 and 16.05.2025 seeking for granting e-pattadar passbook – cum - title deed and inclusion of the name of the petitioner in all online record of Rights, in respect of the property in question, no action has been taken so far.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, has stated that as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, the respondent authorities will consider the representations/Form 6-A applications submitted by the

petitioner and they will pass appropriate orders after giving notice to the concerned persons.

Considering the above submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents especially the 4^th respondent to consider the representations/Form 6-A applications made by the petitioner on 21.06.2024 and 16.05.2025 as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
