Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No 3 in kept pending the appeal dated 19.09.2025 against the orders of Re NO 1943/B4/2024 dated Nil.05/2025 imposing minor punishment of stoppage of one increment without cumulative effect against the petitioner working as Secondary Grade Teacher without any prior notice or opportunity of explanation, thereby violating the principles of natural justice as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional amounting to infringement of Fundamental Rights of the petitioner guaranteed under Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent no 3 to dispose of the appeal pending with him as expeditiously as possible and to pass

The writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions furnished by the 3^rd respondent, dated 17.01.2026, stated that the appeal preferred by the petitioner was examined in detail by the office and the same was disposed of vide orders dated 14.11.2025.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to assail the same, if he has any grievance in a separate proceedings in accordance with law. No costs.
