ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy)

The District Educational Officer, West Godavari District, who is the 4^th respondent, is present, in terms of the direction given by this Court on 31.03.2026.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-III submits that the order of the Tribunal has been complied with, as directed by this Court and the entire amount of Rs.1,93,886/-, payable to the petitioner, has been paid. He has also produced the copy of the cheque issued in favour of the writ petitioner by name Bandaru Radha Krishna, along with the Bank statement and the photograph, delivering the cheque to him. Additional affidavit of the 4^th respondent is also filed to that effect. Copies of the same are also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also, on instructions, submits that the entire sum of Rs.1,93,886/- has been paid to the petitioner, in compliance with the order of the Tribunal and as directed by this Court.

Recording the aforesaid submissions and considering the aforesaid copy of the cheque and other documents, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
