Heard the learned counsel for Petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Mr. Lingala Hazarathaiah, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits

that Respondent No.4 has failed to comply with the order passed by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gudur, in Crl.M.P.No.390 of 2025 in C.C.No.371 of 2024, dated 03.10.2025.

Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submits that Respondent No.4 is in the process of complying with the order and the necessary steps are going on, and the required material will be supplied shortly.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.4 to scrupulously follow the directions of the learned Magistrate passed in Crl.M.P.No.390 of 2025 in

C.C.No.371 of 2024, dated 03.10.2025, and to file an appropriate report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within four (04) weeks from the date of

receipt of this order, by supplying a copy to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
