ORDER:-

The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer:

“….to declaring the action of the 3RD respondent in passing the impugned Proceedings No. 32/MRK/2024 dated 21.11.2025 denying my contractual rights as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art.14,19 and 21 of the constitution of India and forthwith accept bid of the Petitioner for grant of mining license for the Quarry Quarts lease in Survey No11,Vagimadugu AND IP, Ambapuram (v), Konakanamitia (M), Markapura (D) for 3.900 hectares and pass….”

Sri K. V. S. S. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submitted that, in view of communication gap, the petitioner failed to array the Union of India as a party respondent. After noticing the said defect, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition by arraying the proper and necessary parties.

Accordingly, recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
