The Writ Petition is filed questioning the appointment of Respondent No. 6 as Cook pursuant to the Proceedings in RC.No.SPL/Threemen Committee/MDM/2026, dated 12.02.2026, as illegal and arbitrary.

The Petitioner is neither an aspirant for the post nor anything is explained in the Affidavit as how the Petitioner is aggrieved by the Appointment of Respondent No. 6 as Cook personally for the Mid Day Meals Scheme. In the absence of any material, the Writ Petition cannot be entertained.
