		The present appeal is field by the 1^stpetitioner in W.P.No.15727 of 2026, aggrieved by the interim order dated 19.06.2026. Wherein I.A.No.1 of 2026 in W.P.No.15727 of 2026 is filed for the following relief: “Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim suspension of impugned proceedings Roc.No.A2/231/2024, dated 14.05.2026, cancelling the promotion of the petitioner to the post of the Agricultural Extension Officer, Grade 1, pending disposal of W.P.No.15727 of 2026, on the file of the High Court.” While considering the above said relief, the learned Single Judge passed the following order: “The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners for posting them in the said vacancies subject to their seniority in the revised Seniority List, which was communicated on 19.08.2025.” The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has contended that the impugned proceedings dated 14.05.2026, issued by the District Agricultural Officer, Anantapuramu reviewed the inter se seniority of the direct recruits in terms of Rule 33(b), 36(1) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 and consequently reverted the petitioner from the	Contd.,

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner
has contended that the impugned proceedings dated 14.05.2026,
issued by the District Agricultural Officer, Anantapuramu reviewed

Rules, 1996 and consequently reverted the petitioner from the

post of Agricultural Extension Officer, Grade-I to the post of Agricultural Extension Officer, Grade-II,_vide_proceedings dated 09.06.2026. It is further contended that, while passing the both the above said orders, no notice was issued to the petitioners. In fact, the petitioners had earlier been considered and promoted to
the post of Agricultural Extension Officer, Grade-I,vide
proceedings dated 24.08.2022. In view of the impugned proceedings, it is contended that,
after three years, the respondents are seeking to revert the petitioners without following principles of natural justice. The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of
the respondents submitted that the 2^ndpetitioner in writ petition was promoted in accordance with the seniority list to the post of Agricultural Extension Officer, Grade-I. However, insofar as the 1^stpetitioner is concerned, he could not come under the zone of consideration and hence, he was not promoted. Considering the above submissions and perusal of the
record, as well as the submissions of the learned Government
Pleader, the impugned proceedings dated 14.05.2026 and
09.06.2026 are suspended, said orders were issued without notice to the effected parties. The learned Government Pleader for the respondents is directed to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks and after completion of the pleadings, the learned Single Judge may dispose of the main writ petition as expeditiously as possible.
