Learned counsel for appellant, at the outset, submits that application seeking vacation of interim order dated 13.08.2025 passed in WP.No.21300 of 2025 stands filed, however, same has not yet been adjudicated upon.

Learned counsel for respondents point out that aforesaid writ petition along with two other matters (WP.Nos.19286 & 31211 of 2025) was listed for final hearing in terms of order dated 21.11.2025 though it is informed that as of now there is no particular date assigned for hearing of the matters.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that aforesaid matters be listed as per Roster within three weeks. Learned counsel for parties submit that they are ready with the arguments which may be addressed on the next date of hearing and they shall not seek an adjournment on the date as may be fixed.

Writ Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in above terms with the observation that in case, for any reason, arguments cannot be heard in the matter on the date fixed, learned Single Bench would consider application seeking vacation of order dated 13.08.2025 passed in WP.No.21300 of 2025, in accordance with law. No costs.
