These Writ Appeals have been filed challenging interlocutory orders of same date, i.e. on 13.08.2026, passed by learned Single Bench. Appellants/Writ Petitioners filed W.P.Nos.22994 & 23120 of 2026 respectively for setting aside orders dated 06.05.2026 passed under Section 3(3)(a) of the A.P. Prevention of Anti-Social and Hazardous Activities Act, 1980.

Vide impugned orders dated 13.08.2026, respondents were directed to file comprehensive counter-affidavits to meet out all allegations in writ affidavits. Stand of learned Government Pleader for Home to the effect that prior notices dated 21.04.2026 under Section 3(1) of the A.P. Prevention

of Anti-Social and Hazardous Activities Act, 1980, were served upon appellants on 29.04.2026, is noted therein.

Grievance raised in present appeals is that learned Single Bench did not suspend operation of impugned orders dated 06.05.2026. Writ Petitions are admittedly listed on 17.09.2026.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that counters shall be filed tomorrow positively and that no adjournment shall be sought before learned Writ Court.

Keeping in view facts and circumstances as above, we do not find any ground to cause interference at this stage. All the grounds as available to appellants may be raised before learned Writ Court on 17.09.2026. In case counters are not filed, it is open to learned counsel for appellants to reiterate for stay of operation of impugned orders, which may be considered by learned Single Bench in accordance with law.

Writ Appeals are disposed of accordingly. It is clarified that there is no expression of opinion on merits of the matter. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
