When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M. Sohail Shareef, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Sri Syed Kaleemulla, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner intends to withdraw the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, with a liberty to file Civil Revision Petition before this Court. The said submission is endorsed on the petition.

In view of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file Civil Revision Petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
