The present revision is filed against the Order dated 24.01.2024 passed in E.P.No.59 of 2023 in O.S.No.45 of 2014 by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, whereby E.P filed by the respondent(decree holder) seeking to evict the petitioner(judgment debtor) from the E.P schedule property, was allowed.

As per the daily status uploaded in e-courts, the main E.P was closed on 26.02.2024.

¶28

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this revision.

¶29

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending if any,

shall stand closed.
