The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order dated 13.11.2025 passed in I.A.No.651 of 2024 in O.S.No.01 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Prakasam, Ongole.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the revision petition, the orders dated 13.11.2025 passed by the trial Court in I.A.No.651 of 2024 in O.S.No.01 of 2017 has already been implemented and the subject document has been marked on the side of the petitioner.

In view of the implementation of the orders dated 13.11.2025 passed in I.A.No.651 of 2024 in O.S.No.01 of 2017, nothing survives for adjudication in the present revision petition and the same has become infructuous.
