The present Civil Revision Petition came to be filed by the petitioners/proposed defendants, challenging the Order dated 26.09.2025 passed in I.A.No.100 of 2025 in O.S.No.16 of 2014 by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hindupur, whereby and whereunder, the application filed by the petitioners/proposed defendant Nos.3 and 4 under Order I Rule 10 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Rule 28 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1990, was dismissed.
