Assailing the order dated 14.11.2025 in E.P.No.67 of 2024 in O.S.No.283 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Civil Judge (Junior Division)cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vijayawada, the above revision was filed.

Pending the revision, the issue was referred to the Lok Adalat at Vijayawada vide Lok Adalat Case E.P.No.67 of 2024 in O.S.No.283 of 2022. The issue was settled before the Lok Adalat, and an Award was passed on 13.12.2025.
