The instant civil revision petition has been filed by the revision petitioner/respondent, challenging the order dated 25.10.2017 passed in I.A.No.808 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2014 on the file of Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet.

When the matter is called, there is no representation on either side.

As per the E-courts status furnished by the Registry, the main H.M.O.P. itself was dismissed for default on 30.01.2026. Hence, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are needed to be passed in the present revision petition.

Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
