Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the material available on record.

The petitioner and respondent are the husband and wife. The petitioner filed F.C.O.P.No.2291 of 2021 under Section 13 (1) (1a) (1b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, before the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, at Visakhapatnam, seeking dissolution of marriage held between them.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the said O.P. is filed in the year 2021 and since then, it is pending for adjudication. He filed the present revision petition seeking direction to the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, for expeditious disposal of the F.C.O.P.No.2291 of 2021.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, as it is an admitted fact that the O.P.No.2291 of 2021 is pending for more than five years, it is appropriate and desirable to direct the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam for expeditious disposal of the said O.P.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Judge, Additional Family Court,

Visakhapatnam, to dispose of the F.C.O.P.No.2291 of 2021, pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
