The judgment debtor filed the above revision against the order dated 31.08.2026 in E.P.No.62 of 2024 in O.S.No.47 of 2020 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Nellore.

Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri M.S.S.Swayam Prakash Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit in the appeal filed by the judgment vide A.S.No.320 of 2024, an interim order was granted by the Division Bench of this Court on 10.09.2026 in I.A.No.2 of 2024.

Since the Division Bench of this Court granted interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 29.09.2023 in O.S.No.47 of 2020 on the file of the Court of the III Additional District Judge, Nellore, cause in this revision does not survive for adjudication and the same has now rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is Dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous petitions, shall stand closed.
