The Court made the following
ORDER :-
Seeking an innocuous relief to direct the learned Senior Civil Judge, Adoni, to dispose of O.S. No.66 of 2022, pending on its file, as early as possible, the plaintiffs have filed the present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the plaintiffs in the above suit and have already filed a Memo, dated 31.12.2025, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the suit, which Memo has been pending consideration since then.
3. In view of the above facts and circumstances and considering the innocuous relief sought by the petitioners, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission, directing the learned Senior Civil Judge, Adoni, to dispose of O.S. No.66 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, with the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall also stand closed.
