The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the docket order dated 24.03.2026 passed in I.A.No.291 of 2026 in O.S.No.16 of 2026, on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur, where-under the Court below, in the petition filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC, seeking temporary injunction, ordered urgent notices to respondents 1 to 3.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after arguing for some-time, has sought for a direction to dispose of I.A.No.291 of 2026 in O.S.No.16 of 2026, on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur, as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur, to dispose of I.A.No.291 of 2026 in O.S.No.16 of 2026, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
