Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are present.

Sri B.Rama Shankararao, learned Counsel is appointed as learned Mediator in this case and has submitted mediator’s report.

In view of the mediator’s report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Parchur, in C.C.No.176 of 2012, dated 30.03.2016, as confirmed in Crl.A.No.72 of 2016, dated 15.02.2019, by the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ongole, are set aside, as a result, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
