Sri C.P.Somayaji, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that police enquired with the status of the revision petitioner/accused. During enquiry, it is confirmed that revision petitioner is no more, and died on 27.12.2021. Accordingly, copy of death certificate with report of the police is placed on record. No legal representatives of the revision petitioner come on record seeking leave of the Court to continue the revision as laid down U/s.394 Cr.P.C.
