The matter was posted under the heading for execution of warrant. When the authority went to execute the warrant, it was reported that the petitioner, namely M. Narasinga Rao, S/o Malaji @ Balaraj, had expired on 12.03.2012. A death certificate was also appended to the report.

Having considered the report of the authority along with the death certificate, it appears that the instant Criminal Revision Case was preferred against the order of conviction passed by the learned Trial Court for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 against the present petitioner. As the petitioner has already expired, and in view of the report, no further orders are required in this Criminal Revision Case. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
