This Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 8Cr.P.C.9) has been filed by the Petitioner/respondent against the Order dated 11.11.2018 passed in FCMC No.31 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Family Court-cum-III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram.

When the matter is taken up, Smt.T.V.Sridevi, learned counsel for the Petitioner appeared through video conferencing and would submit that during pendency of the proceedings, divorce was granted to the parties on mutual consent and no further orders are necessary in this matter.

Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, learned counsel for respondent acceded to the submissions of the leaned counsel for the Petitioner and would submit that no further orders are necessary in this matter.
