of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C’), challenging the judgment dated 28.03.2019 in Crl.A.No.115 of 2016 passed by the learned

IV Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur, whereby and whereunder the conviction

of the Petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (for brevity ‘the N.I.Act’) imposed by the learned Special Judicial First Class Magistrate for Prohibition and Excise, Guntur, was confirmed.

The Superintendent, Special Prison for Women, Rajamahendravaram, has submitted the nominal rolls pertaining to the Petitioner/Accused, wherein it is mentioned that the Petitioner/Accused has undergone imprisonment for a period of seven months. She was released from prison upon expiry of her sentence on 24.09.2019, after availing 33 days of remission.

In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
