The instant Criminal Revision Case has been preferred against the
order dated 06-07-2009 in M.C.No.63 of 2005 on the file of the learned Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam.
The respondent, being the wife, filed an application under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity, ‘the Cr.P.C.’,) seeking maintenance. The learned Family Court, after hearing the parties, has allowed the said Maintenance Case and directed the petitioner herein to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.1500/- to respondent.
