The instant Criminal Revision Case has been preferred against order dated 26-10-2009 passed in C.F.No.12393 of 2009 by learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, Krishna District, where under, the complaint filed by the petitioner against the accused under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, was returned for want of jurisdiction.

It appears from the memo that the matter has been settled out of the Court and for which the petitioner intends to withdraw the instant Criminal Revision Case.
