Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 to A4), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.204 of 2024 of Vizianagaram Rural Police Station, Vizianagaram District, for the offences punishable under Sections 79 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
