Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (A1), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.92 of 2024, of Palasamudram Police Station, Chittoor District, for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2) and 351(3) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions of states that, pending the Criminal Petition, police filed charge sheet in Crime No.92 of 2024, of Palasamudram Police Station, Chittoor District and the same was numbered as CC No.1151 of 2024, on the file of I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chittoor District and the same was settled before Lok Adalat vide Award dated 05.07.2025.

Copy of e-Court Status of CC No.1151 of 2024, on the file of I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chittoor District, is made part of the record.
