Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 to A5), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.230 of 2024, of Chilakaluripet Town Police Station, Palnadu District, for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 79 and 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions of states that, pending the Criminal Petition, police filed charge sheet in Crime No.230 of 2024, of Chilakaluripet Town Police Station, Palnadu District and the same was numbered as CC No.792 of 2025, on the file of the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Planadu District and the same was settled before Lok Adalat vide Award dated 13.12.2025.
