Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (A4), seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.2513 of 2021, on the file of the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Yellamanchili, for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 324, 506 & 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor states that pending the Criminal Petition, CC No.2513 of 2021, on the file of the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Yellamanchili was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 11.07.2026 before the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Yellamanchili.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
