Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (Accused), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.320 of 2024, of Porumamilla Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, for the offences punishable under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions of states that, pending the Criminal Petition, police filed charge sheet in Crime No.320 of 2024, of Porumamilla Police Station, YSR Kadapa District and the same was numbered as CC No.166 of 2025, on the file of the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Badvel and the same was settled before Lok Adalat vide Award dated 08.03.2025.
