Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (A4), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.236 of 2024 of Annavaram Police Station, Kakinada District, for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 308(2), 115(2), 351(3) read with 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va), 3(1)(f)(g) of The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

At the stage of admission, this Court has not granted any interim order in the instant lis .

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.236 of 2024 of Annavaram Police Station, Kakinada District as “False” vide C.No.103/C3/2025, dated 07.02.2025.
