The Court made the following Order:

Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 to A4), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.45 of 2025, of Dakkili Police Station, Tirupathi District, for the offences punishable under Sections 329 (4), 351(3) and 49 r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions states that, pending the Criminal Petition, the police filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as CC No.475 of 2025, on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Venkatagiri and the same was settled before the Lok Adalat vide on 14.03.2026 (copy of online case status annexed).

Written Instructions of Sub-Inspector of Police, Dakkili Police Station, Tirupati District, is made part of the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the

submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed, as the main case before trial Court was settled by the respective parties.
