Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (Accused), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.181 of 2024 of Ramakuppam Police Station, Chittoor District.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondentState on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.181 of 2024 of Ramakuppam Police Station, Chittoor District as “False” vide C.No.C3/43/DCRBSCST/CTR/2024 dated 30.09.2024 issued by the concerned authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded to the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
