Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 to A4), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.19 of 2023 of Bhakarapet Police Station, Tirupathi District.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondentState on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.19 of 2023 of Bhakarapet Police Station, Tirupathi District as “False” vide C.No.06/Refer/SDPO-Bpl-2025 dated 03.01.2025 issued by the concerned authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also acceded to the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
